  1. Does feature require API-layer changes (data model, endpoints)?
  2. If yes, update API specification (data model & endpoints in protobuf). If no, then move to next section
  3. Write new end-to-end/ integration (Martin) test
  4. Add functional (Oracle) test for the new feature
  5. Update Oracle to include new logic for feature and to use Application Module
